About Will Malizia

Born and raised in the state of Minnesota, my parents instilled Midwest values in me at an early age of hard-work, honesty, respect, and integrity. Values which I carry with me today and will provide in my career as a Realtor®. I made the move in 1979 to our beautiful state of Colorado because of my love for the outdoors, leading a healthy life style, and the perfect environment for raising a family! I am very fortunate to be the proud father of a 25 year-old son who has followed his dream of becoming a taxidermist.

I was involved for over 30 years in the commercial construction industry as a Project manager and understand the term “quality-built” which can be an asset when viewing a property for a client. I also have a Master’s degree in Business Administration. So, it is safe to say that I pay attention to detail. (Some of the major projects I oversaw included: PVH Hospital Addition, Amgen, and Union Colony Civic Center).

I also feel it’s important to give back to the community. I am heavily involved in youth sports as a coach in baseball for Loveland Baseball Association, Gold Crown Basketball Program, mentor for at risk teenage girls, and on occasion have volunteered at Habit for Humanity – Loveland. Proud to say, I had the privilege of working as an Associate Professional Baseball Scout for various Major League Teams in the past.

On weekends I play amateur baseball in Denver and have been the member of 3 World Baseball Championships in The MSBL / MABL sanction. This has taught me how important team work and chemistry is in achieving the end result, along with the camaraderie of teammates!

Although I received my Real Estate License 30 years ago, it wasn’t until recently that I made the decision to activate my license. I’m a “people-person,” I enjoy helping others make their dreams come true, and also creating new friendships!

I truly believe I have the skills necessary to ensure that each client will receive: professionalism, service, honesty, respect, and timely communication to make it a “WIN – WIN’ result for all involved!
